I’m not sure what to tell you, so I’ll give you some additional context for the picture below:
This is the Don Valley, which passes through the eastern section of Toronto. The bridge is the Prince Edward Viaduct (commonly known as the Bloor Viaduct). The fence on the bridge (“luminous veil”) was erected to prevent suicides. Up until the ~$5 million fence was added in 2003, the Bloor Viaduct was statistically the second most dangerous man made object in the world (behind the Golden Gate bridge in San Francisco).
